iii) Chain Type

A chain conveyor is a type of conveyor system for moving material through production lines. Chain conveyors utilize a powered continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants. The chain arrangement is driven by a motor, and the material suspended on the pendants are conveyed. Chain conveyors are used for moving down an assembly line and around a manufacturing or warehouse facility. Chain conveyors are primarily used to transport heavy unit loads, e.g. pallets, grid boxes, and industrial containers. These conveyors can be single or double chain strand in configuration.

v) Auto Unloaders

Auto Un loader designed for un loading pipes from induction machine where in pipes of different sizes need to hardened after each heat cycle output jobs get collected on machine taken one by one on un loader get collected on output buffer & released on auto stretchable belt. Machine need to heat mainly three sizes of pipes depending on pipe sizes pipes bundling depends, operator simply enter sizes through HMI on un loader it counts no. of pipes after completion of bundle counts complete bundle belt buffer descends down flashes’ audio visual sound, operator tie bundle & removes bundle from the buffer.
